Perkedel Jagung
(Corn Fritters)
How to make Perkedel Jagung (Corn Fritters)?
Bumbu:
1 tsp.coriander seeds, roasted
1 tbs. grated kunci (fingerroot)
2 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 tbs. white sugar
1 pinch salt & pepper
2 cups oil (for deep frying)
1 egg
1 cup corn flour

1 cup corn flour
- Grind the bumbu and combine with the remaining ingredients, beating in the egg and sifting in the corn flour last. Add water if necessary to create a thick batter.
- Fry as with perkedel kentang
